  • First, we thoroughly prescreening qualifying candidates with a telephone interview.
  • The candidate completes a comprehensive 5-page application form, which includes references, work history, and health inventory.
  • Thirdly, each candidate is then evaluated in an extensive, in-person interview.
  • We then complete a full reference check. This is comprised of detailed conversations with previous employers, as well as verification of education and all other types of employment.
  • Lastly, we pay a Private Investigation Firm to do an extensive background screening that includes investigation into civil and criminal records, workers compensation, Credit History, DMV records, and Social Security check. For childcare professionals, we also request CPR certification and a TB test.
